These terms cover use of this website. They do not govern a search, advisory or embedded engagement with Terra Talent, which is set out in a separate engagement letter agreed with each client.

What is on this site

The material here is published for general information. It describes how Terra works and what we have learned doing it. It is not advice on your specific situation, and it is not a guarantee of any particular hiring outcome. Talent markets move, and anything written about them has a shelf life.

Resources and guides

The guides published here are free to read and free to use inside your own company. Please do not republish them, sell them or present them as your own work. If you want to share something with a wider audience, ask us and the answer is usually yes.

Third-party names

Company names and marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance indicates work Terra has done or markets Terra recruits from, not an endorsement of Terra by them.

Submissions

When you send us information through a form, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. How we handle it is set out in our privacy notice.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Links to other sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for what is on them.
