Who we are

Terra Talent is a talent advisory and search firm based in Los Angeles, California. For questions about anything on this page, write tohello@terratalent.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us. There are two forms on this site.

• The contact form. Your name, email, company, role and whatever you tell us about the hire.
• The network form. Your name, email, LinkedIn, current role, function, sector interest, location, relocation preference, an optional resume and any note you add.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not set cookies for those purposes.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to identify roles that genuinely fit, and to have a better first conversation. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Sharing your information with clients

If you are a candidate, your details are never shared with a client without your explicit permission, on each occasion. We will not contact your current employer, and references are taken only with your agreement and at a point in the process you control.

How long we keep it

Candidate details are held for as long as they are useful to you, and reviewed periodically. Ask us to delete them and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or EU you have these rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR; if you are in California you have comparable rights under the CCPA. Either way, email us and we will handle it. We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.

Security

Information you send us is held in access-controlled systems and seen only by the people at Terra who need it to do the work.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will say so here and date the change.
